Fully-integrated to allow for a true Farm-to-Table solution, starting our beef on 100,000's of acres of native grasslands and in most cases, finishing on the highest quality corns and other feeds on specialized feedlots, we work with select slaughterhouses in order to assure total control of the production and supply chain logistics, combined with our global distribution. From the farm in Argentina to a table in the nicest steakhouses in Shanghai, we are dedicated to real quality and real sustainability.

CULTIVATING A BETTER CONSUMER CONCEPT OF BEEF
US, Canadian, Australian & New Zealand cattle are larger animals with decades of growth hormones. In order to not be TOO TOUGH, they REQUIRE significant fat content and high marbling to keep the flavor. Unless they have high marbling, it dries out and gets over-cooked.
Argentine NATURAL ANGUS has never had hormones, and does not require significant fat. It is the most tender and flavorful beef in the world.
